FAQs
I’m not in pain or have an injury, can I still benefit from a treatment?
A lot of my treatments work towards preventing injury, helping you move more efficiently and building resilience. For different people that may mean different things: helping desk based workers to counteract long hours sitting, rebalancing tension that inevitably builds up doing a physically demanding job or streamlining athletic performance to surpass a personal best. Please feel free to get in touch for an informal chat, and we can discuss how I may be able to help.
How long shall I allow for a session?
Please allow about an hour for your session, occasionally a bit longer, but typically no more than 75 minutes.
Can I bring someone with me?
Of course, there will be seating available in the treatment room if you wish to be accompanied.
Is there parking nearby?
Yes, parking is available on the quiet street outside the clinic. Please note, there is a single step down into the clinic.
Are there toilet facilities?
Toilet facilities are not available, please bear this in mind when planning your day.
Do you accept payment by card?
Yes, I have a card machine available on-site and also accept cash payment.
What’s your cancellation policy?
I require 24 hours’ notice of a cancellation, if not the full fee is charged.
